What you'll learn

Over the 4-week beginners course, you’ll build a solid foundation in all three striking styles—boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Each session is carefully structured to cover:

Do I need any experience to join the beginners' course?Not at all! Our beginners' course is designed for people with limited or zero experience. Whether you're completely new to striking or just a bit rusty, we’ll guide you through the basics at your own pace.

How do I claim my beginners course?It’s easy — just enter your name and number into the below form, or reach out to us on Instagram, mention the beginners offer, and we’ll get you booked in!

What should I bring to my first class?Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and a towel if you like. We have gloves and equipment available for beginners, but bear in mind our equipment is frequently used so may smell a bit, we advise to bring your own if you have them.

Will I be sparring in my first class?No. Our beginners' class focuses on technique, fitness, and confidence-building — not contact sparring. If you choose to spar later on, it will only be when you’re ready and comfortable.

Is the class suitable for all fitness levels?Yes! Whether you’re already active or haven’t worked out in years, our coaches will adapt the session to suit your fitness level and help you build up gradually.

How long are the classes?Each session typically lasts around 60 mins, including a warm-up, technical drills, and cool-down.
